Unfinished Business:

A motion was made by Steve Smith that we send out a ballot for our election via email to be able to have the entire membership vote. The member can print off the ballot and mail it to Bob Burns at 5801 N. Tyler, Maize, Ks. 67101 or Email it back to him as an attachment. A hard copy of the ballot will be printed off for the count. The motion was 2^nd by Joe Schroeder and carried.

Steve Smith suggested we support the hospice of Greenwood County. Joe Schroeder made a motion that we pay out of our treasury $3.00 per member and request each member add $3.00 to their dues payment which is due by the December meeting 12/16/06. Marvin Ayers 2^nd and carried.

Dues are due by the December meeting. The cost for renewal will be $25.00.

December meeting will be held on the 17^th

Times and place to be announced prior to the meeting. After the meeting, if any members would like to go to the Thunder Hockey game tickets may be purchases at a reduced rate. Bob needs to know ahead of time so we can get the price and a good location.
