Present were: Bob and Sharon Burns, guest Amanda Mains and Steve Howard, Larry Mazur, Dave and Diane Keene, Dick Clark, Joe Schroeder, Mike and Cathy Keller, Steve and Leesa Smith.

Prior to meeting the balance was $652.28. During the meeting, several members paid their 2006 dues.

A motion was made and passed to have Bob Cruz as a Honoray member and to ask other members if they had someone to be the second Honoray member. Bob Burns is to talk to David Allen about his application.

Only a couple of members rode their motors and the weather was not on our side, so the riding activity was cancelled.

After discussion and several motions, it was decided we would look at the By-Laws and see if we needed to amend them or take other action. Dick Cook said he has the current by-laws and will forward it to Bob Burns.

A motion was made to have the President or a member of the Board of Directors to be the contact point for media releases. This motion was put aside when a question was brought up about changing by-laws by Mike Keller. We are going to look at the by-laws to see if they would cover this issue.

It was decided in discussion that we would add 3 Directors to the Board of Directors. Also we would like anyone interested in any position on the Board of Directors to be present at our next meeting or let Bob Burns know. Steve thought the Treasurer should be close to the President and Secretary if possible. He would be available for a Board position.
