We have $xxx in our account after paying for shirts. During the meeting we collected $xx.00 for shirts delivered.

Old Business:

Shirts were delivered to those at the meeting that ordered them. Some of the shirts had some flaws and if the members wanted to have them redone the company said they would handle it. Steve offered to contact a company in Eureka and see what they would charge. They have offered to work with us.

The last meeting was a riding practice in Wichita. Several members as well as friends attended and thought it was a great exercise and wanted to do it again in the fall. Some of the members at the meeting said they would like to attend. We would like to thank Tim Davis for his instruction on the exercise.

New Business:

Jim Lane mentioned that we have a member (Tim Holsinger) who is going through the seminary and would offer to be our chaplain. Jim Lane made the motion and it was 2^nd by Steve Smith. The motion passed.

Bob Burns mentioned he had received an email from Guido Merz (Chilli) from BK Germany XXIII. He said he collects pins and patches from all Chapters. Because we do not have any made up, it was suggested he may want LEO patches. I will email him and see if that is the case. More to follow on this subject.
