Bob Burns reported we had $xxx in the Verus account and $xxx in the Mid American account. There was a deposit of $xxx from the last meeting for dues, new member dues and the donations for the hospice organization. A check for $xx was sent in to the international for the membership of Roger Moffitt Sr.

At this meeting, $xxx was received for dues and the special project.

Unfinished Business:

Nominations for officers were made with the following results:

President Bob Burns

Vice President Marv Ayers

Treasure Steve Smith

Secretary Larry Mazur

So far $30 has been received in addition to the $78 which was the total of $3 for each member on our roster for a grand total of $108.

Dues will continue to be accepted throughout December. The cost for renewal will be $30.00. Members who fail to renew will be assessed $25 and considered a new member.
