Reports: Treasurer .. . . Steve Smith At the time of the report, we had $XXX in the bank with $XXX turned in from Bob Burns for dues and merchandise. A check was written to Bob Burns for postage and to pay for hats in the amount of $XX. Unfinished Business: Membership Bob BurnsHonorary Member, we have 2 available, Robert Cruz to be one of them. I attempted to contact David Allen w/o success. A motion was made by Steve Smith and seconded by Bruce watts that David Allen would be our second Honorary member for 2006. The motion carried. As of Friday Evening we still have 11 that have not sent in their dues and one that resigned. The number of members as of the December meeting is 30 which includes the resignation of Bill McShane Media release Bob Burns Still awaiting copy of local chapter By-Laws. New Business: Election of the 2006 Officers. Prior to the election 2 items needed to be addressed. Should we combine the Secretary and Treasurer positions and should we add 3 to the Board of Directors. Jim Wilson made the motion to combine the two positions and Steve Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried. It was decided to add three Board of Directors positions to the Board of Directors. President Steve Smith nominated Bob Burns and Bruce Watts seconded, Motion carried. Vice President Steve Smith nominated Jim Wilson and Bruce Watts seconded, Motion carried. Secretary / Treasurer Bob Burns nominated David Keene and Jim Wilson seconded, motion carried. Directors (3) In a combined "motion, discussion and decision" the following were added: Dick Clark, Steve Smith and Marv Ayers. Next Meeting . . .
