We also want to welcome Jim Lane as one of our new members. Jim could not attend this meeting due to prior commitments.

$XX.XX is the current balance. We also received a gift from Robert Cruz and his wife. $XX.XX was collected to help offset the cost of the BBQ. He wanted to give it back to the club to use as needed or give to a charity. $XX.XX was collected for hat purchases. $XX.XX was collected for membership dues of which $XX.XX will be sent to the International. $XX.XX will be refunded to Bob Burns for paying for the hats at All Seasons Sportswear (bill submitted).

Unfinished Business:

Riders Course, Speedometer Check……………………… Bob Burns

Rider course, the course is being worked on as far as the dimensions are concerned. David Keene suggested we look at an Oklahoma Goldwing course that has dimensions. David will email Bob Burns the web site for review.

Speedometer Check, Bob Burns is trying to work out the insurance woes.
