The bank Balance
prior to this meeting was $699.45. Approximately $70.00 was
collected during the meeting. A question about John Cases
$28.00 renewal was brought up and Bob Burns is going to contact
the International Headquarters to get clarification.

approximately 6 of our chapter members has signed up. He is
considering finishing the class with other law enforcement
officers. (per telephone conversation prior to the meeting)

Jim Wilson passed out t-shirts
to those present. He also said the chapter has extra shirts
including 2x and 3x. The cost is $10.00 and $12.00. Jim also
said he understood the embroidery shop close to Maize does a
good job. We might want to check them out.

out an example of his thoughts for a web site and explained
some of the links. One of the links went to a resource list
compiled basically from the KPOA site. He offered to email the
list prior to the site going live and several thought they might
be able to use it. Additional needs or wants was requested.

requested he be relieved of his position of Ride Captain. He
has taken on other responsibilities requiring more of his time
and energy.

Motorcycle Rodeo
Bob Burns

requested permission to proceed with the planning stage of the
Motorcycle Rodeo to be held 2006. This undertaking would require
everyones participation as well as the ladies. The proceeds
would be for charitable causes as the chapter determines. Those
attending agreed to go forward.
Because Joe Schroeder and Buddy Sharp were not there,
they were assigned to help by the President.

The next meeting
will be at the Double D restaurant in El Dorado on May 19, 2005
at 6:30 PM. The day and time was changed give members a chance
to get out in the evening and have there week ends free. If
anyone has ideas for times, days, locations etc., please let us
know and we will try just about anything.
