Reports:

          Treasurer………………………………..…...….……… Steve Smith

Steve Smith was on assignment with the ABC and not able to make the meeting. VP Jim Wilson said a check was written for the back patch order. This money will be returned to the account upon the patch orders arrival and payment by members.

          Advanced Motorcycle Training…….........................… Buddy Sharp

At the present time Buddy has 6 applications accompanied with the $50.00 fee.

Unfinished Business:

          T-Shirts Etc. …………………………………...…..……. Jim Wilson

The T-Shirt has also been sent in.

          Renewal Process ………………………………………….Bob Burns

Pres. Burns passed out new membership cards to Bruce Watts and Buddy Sharp. He also FORGOT to pass out membership cards to others present at the meeting. If anyone needs theirs before the next meeting, he will mail the cards out.

          WEB Site ………………………………………………… Bob Burns

Pres. Burns contacted Shaun Price about the current web site attached to the Blue Knight International’s site. Shaun felt we needed to have our own site in case Matt Dennis lost the right to his. The cost would be $12.95 per year for the domain name and $72.00 per year for standard hosting with domain name. After discussion a motion was made by William McShane and seconded by Marc McCune. A call for the vote passed unanimously.

          Rides ……………………………………...….………….. Dick Clark

Dick Clark was not present to discuss any rides. After the meeting it was suggested that he be a coordinator so he would not get burned out. Good idea and should be brought up during the regular meeting.

New Business:

          In-Line-Of-Duty Death ……………………….……..…… Bob Burns

                   Member – Non-Member

It was suggested that we hold a special ride for any officer killed in the line of duty. We could donate, get donations, or arrange to get the money somehow to give to the entity requested by the fallen officers family. This was the consensus of the attending members.

Next Meeting…………………………………….…….…. Bob Burns

Would you believe yours truly (Bob Burns) forgot to arrange for the next meeting. Good thing for email, any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

After the meeting, Buddy Sharp presented a video on group riding. The video was informative and it was suggested we adopt the methods used for our club.

Thanks Buddy
